New Arlington brochure

Our brand new brochure has landed and has already got people talking.

Every great company prides itself on having a professional and memorable brochure, and at Arlington House we’re no different. With all the recent enhancements we’ve made to our building, rooms and outdoor areas – we thought it was a perfect time to completely revamp our brochure.

The first stage in the process was for us to get some engaging and lively images of our residents and staff. So we organised a professional photographer to visit and capture our people in a variety of different scenarios and settings. Everyone had great fun during the photo-shoot and a big thanks to all our models for the day!

Once the images had been taken, we needed to put the Arlington House story into words. We wanted to highlight all the great things we do on a daily basis including our food, activities and care. We also wanted to introduce two brand new sections to the brochure – our company values and how we deal with dementia. Our core values (dignity, respect, honesty and safety) underpin everything we do and allow us to really stand out from our competitors. And when it comes to dealing with residents with dementia, we know it’s a sensitive area and wanted to show our understanding of the condition.

The final stage in the process was bringing the new imagery and wording together with an eye-catching, creative design and getting the brochures printed.

They say the proof is in the pudding, so when the new brochure arrived from the printers, we passed a few copies around to the staff and residents. The initial feedback was very positive and it was lovely to see how happy the residents were when they spotted themselves in the brochure!
